Undertrial prisoner dies

An undertrial prisoner of Mymensingh Jail died at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH, yesterday. He was identified as Mohammad Zafar, 25, son of ATM Golam Rabbani of Bhaticharia village in Nandail upazila of the district. Jailer Md Habibur Rahman said Zafar was an accused in a murder case. He had been suffering from acute chest pain and respiratory problems and was admitted to the hospital in the morning, said the jailer.
