Youth found dead

Police recovered the body of an unidentified youth, aged about 25, from Jamalpur-Dewanganj rail route at Ghanirbhita village in Melandaha upazila yesterday. Locals found the body in the area at around 2:30pm and informed the police. The law enforcers then recovered the body and sent it to Jamalpur General Hospital morgue for autopsy. The youth might have died after being hit by a train, said Arif Khandakar, officer-in-charge of Melandaha Police Station.
