Channel i to celebrate Sabina Yasmin’s birthday with special programme

A special television programme titled “Shudhu Gaan Geye Porichoy” will be aired on the occasion of legendary singer Sabina Yasmin’s birthday.

One of the most celebrated voices in Bangla music, Sabina has sung thousands of songs over the course of her career and remains one of the most prolific female playback singers in Bangladeshi cinema. Her voice has accompanied generations of actresses on screen, from Kabori, Babita and Shabana to Apu Biswas and Bubly.

In “Shudhu Gaan Geye Porichoy”, Sabina reflects on her journey as an artiste, recalling how she found her way into music. The conversation also delves into her childhood, her parents and various chapters of her life and career.
