Nancy teams up with Akassh Sen for ‘Eto Bhalobasho Kibhabe’

National Film Award-winning singer Nazmun Munira Nancy has lent her voice to a new duet titled “Eto Bhalobasho Kibhabe”, alongside Kolkata-based artist Akassh Sen, ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

Written and composed by Snehasish Ghosh, the song has been musically arranged by Real Ashiq. It will be released as a music video under the banner of Anupam Music during the Eid festivities.

Although Nancy has previously performed songs composed by Akassh Sen, this marks their first collaboration on a duet.

Speaking about the track, Nancy said, “I’ve sung compositions by Akassh Sen before, but this is our first duet. The lyrics and melody carry a pure romantic essence, and I believe listeners will truly enjoy the song.”

Akassh Sen expressed similar enthusiasm, saying, “Nancy is one of my favourite vocalists. I admire her singing immensely. Even if this collaboration has come a bit late, I believe this will be a memorable song. Listeners will discover a fresh chemistry in our voices.”

‘Masud Rana’ set for Eid release

Lyricist and composer Snehasish Ghosh noted that he has written nearly 30 songs for Nancy in the past, including popular tracks like “Danakata Pori”, “Bhalo Achi Bhalobeshe”, “Naam Ki Tomar”, “Thik Bethik” and “Bhalobashi Akarone”. “After nearly nine years, I’ve written and composed a new song for her, which will be released this Eid-ul-Azha,” he added.
