Eid Day 1: What to watch on television today
Eid television launches with a rich roster of dramas and telefilms across Bangladesh’s key channels, marking the festive day with new storytelling and familiar faces. From prime‑time single dramas to serial releases that will run through the week, broadcasters have scheduled a mix of work that spans genres and audiences.
On Bangladesh Television (BTV), Eid day begins with the single drama “Miss Ekal Mr Sekal” at 8:30pm, written by Shaer Khan and produced by Yasir Arafat. The production anchors BTV’s festive evening slate and sets the tone for a week of new programming.

ATN Bangla opens its Eid line‑up with two telefilms on the day. At 8:50pm, viewers can watch “Bhalobeshe Obosheshe”, directed by Hanif Sanket and featuring Irfan Sajjad and Jannatul Sumaiya Heme. Later, at 11:00pm, the telefilm “Malek Pagla” will air, starring Chanchal Chowdhury and Jannatul Sumaiya Heme and directed by Shakal Ahmed.
Channel i schedules four single dramas and a serial for Eid day. At 2:30pm, the standalone drama “Beshi Bole Bulbuli 2” will be broadcast, directed by Rubel Hasan with performances by Tausif Mahbub and Tanzim Saiyara Totini. In the late afternoon at 4:30pm, viewers can watch “Family Man”, written by Siddiq Ahmed and directed byMuhammad Mostafa Kamal Raz , starring Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Tanzim Saiyara Totini, Monira Akter Mithu and Ejajul Islam. The evening continues with “Sokhina” at 7:50pm, directed by Abul Hayat and featuring Shamol Mawla and Mousumi Mou, followed by “Sorol Sottobadi” at 9:35pm, written by Asad Sarkar and directed by Salahuddin Lavlu, with Zakia Bari Mamo and Saika Ahmed. From Eid day through the week, the serial “Kong Theke Bong” will air daily at 6:10pm, directed by Afzal Hossain and starring Afzal Hossain, Ishika Sakin, Tushar Khan and Mubashshira Kamal Era.

On NTV, Eid day features three single dramas and two serials. At 8:00pm, the drama “Jamal Kobiraj”, written by Asaduzzaman Sohag and directed by Subrata Sanjib, will air starring Mushfiq R Farhan and Tania Brishti. At 9:10pm, the drama “Sotto Motin”, written by Ashraful Chanchal and directed by Sagor Jahan, features Mosharraf Karim and Aisha Khan. Later at 11:05pm, “Host”, written by Anamika Mondol and directed by Nikul Kumar Mondol, stars Niloy Alamgir and Tania Brishti. The serial “Kulin Somachar” will be broadcast each afternoon from Eid day through the week, and the serial “Paa Pichhle Alur Dom” airs daily at 6:40pm.
RTV also joins the Eid schedule with two single dramas and a serial. Starting Eid day and continuing through the week, “Mushkil Asan” will air at 7:00pm, starring Shamim Hasan Sarkar, Anika Kabir Shokh and Chashi Alam. At 8:30pm, “Bideshi Product”, directed by Mehedi Hasan Jony and starring Arosh Khan and Sunerah Binte Kamal, will be broadcast. The serial “Chairman-er Biye” will run through the week at 9:00pm, with Mosharraf Karim and Jannatul Sumaiya Heme in lead roles.

At Banglavision, Eid day’s telecasts include four single dramas and three serials. “Tin Kana” airs at 2:10pm, directed by Almogir Sagar with Marzuk Russell, Chashi Alam and Salha Khanom Nadia. Evening dramas include “Bou Mon Bojhe Na” at 7:45pm starring Mosharraf Karim and Mihi Ahsan, “Mr Poriskar” at 9:25pm featuring Niloy Alamgir and Samira Khan Mahi, and “Moner Boyosh 16” at 10:45pm with Mosharraf Karim and Jannatul Sumaiya Heme. From Eid day onward, the serial “Kajer Meyei Orin” will air at 6:40pm and “Audio Fash” at 8:40pm nightly.

Maasranga TV rounds out the Eid Day 1 offerings with three standalone dramas. At 8:00pm, the drama “Black Love” stars Mosharraf Karim and Tania Brishti. At 10:20pm, “Good Luck” featuring Farhan Ahmed Jovan and Tanzim Saiyara Totini will air, followed by “Magic Boss” at 11:30pm with Niloy Alamgir and Jannatul Sumaiya Heme.
Across networks, today’s Eid Day 1 schedule weaves new single dramas and serial episodes into a vibrant evening of television storytelling.
