Dua Lipa slammed with second copyright infringement suit

Popular British singer Dua Lipa has been engrossed in another legal suit, after she has been slapped with a second copyright infringement suit.

A pair of songwriters has claimed that the hit "Levitating" is "substantially similar" to their 1970's disco song "'Wiggle and Giggle All Night" which was written by L Russell Brown and Sandy Linzer.

The lawyers for the two songwriters has claimed that the songs signature melody is an absolute copy of the opening melody of "Wiggle and Giggle All Night".
