‘Phalgune Bhalobashar Din’ with Mou

Celebrated model, dancer, and actress Sadia Islam Mou starred in '"Phalgune Bhalobashar Din", a fiction produced by BTV, which aired yesterday.

In an interview with The Daily Star, Mou speaks about working on the project, along with her upcoming ventures, and more.

You appeared in a BTV production after a long time.

It has been two years since I took up any tele-fictions produced by BTV. Since the pandemic hit, I only did dance shows.

Tell us about "Phalgune Bhalobashar Din".

Mahbuba Ferdous is an amazing director. I loved working with her, and collaborating with Adnan Faruque Hillol, my co artiste.

How was your experience of working on this project?

It was an adventurous experience. The plot reflects stories of our daily lives. The shooting took place in a cruise, we enjoyed a lot. Since the production was for Valentine's Day, it was also special for all of us.

For many years, you have been working on occasional projects. Why is that?

When I was offered this production, I took time to read the script and I liked it. I always look forward to good stories. The number of projects I do does not matter to me.

Between dance, acting, and modelling, which do you enjoy the most?

Definitely dance! It is something that gives me immense pleasure. I do love acting and modelling, but dance will always be my first priority. I have spent most of my life with dance. I have many dreams for my career as a dancer.
