Another dies from Covid-19

One more person died from Covid-19 in 24 hours till 8:00am yesterday, reported the Directorate General of Health Services.

With this, the total death toll rose to 29,430 in the country. The death rate stands at 1.45 percent.

Meantime, at least 35 fresh cases were recorded.

The daily positivity rate is 1.05 percent while the total positivity rate stands at 13.52 percent.

With the new infections, the total number of cases rose to 2,036,268.

Some 3,324 samples were tested across the country.

At least 86 Covid-19 patients have recovered within this time. The total number of recoveries now stands at 1,984,124 and the recovery rate at 97.44 percent.
