3 murdered in Sirajganj

Police on Wednesday morning recovered three bodies from three places of Sirajganj district. Police control room sources said, body of an unidentified youth, aged about 30, was found in a canal near Konabari Degree College under Kamarkhanda upazila. Being informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body bearing several injury marks. In another incident, Sirajganj Sadar police recovered the body of Moksed Ali, 27, son of Golam Hossain of Satiantoli village. Moksed's body was found hanging from a tree at Bhangapara. The victim's family sources said, Moksed went to Soydabad Bazaar on Tuesday afternoon but never returned. Police suspect he was hung after murder by his rivals due to enmity. Kazipur police also recovered a body. A housewife was found hanging from a tree at Patagram village in Kazipur upazila. She was identified as Sathi Khatun, 23, wife of Abdus Samad. Family sources said, Sathi's husband killed her following a family feud and hung her body from the tree so that the incident is treated as suicide. After the incident, Sathi's husband went into hiding.
