Housewife murdered

UNB, Sirajganj

A woman was murdered allegedly by her husband at Barokura village in Kamarkhand upazila on Thursday night. Victim Lamia Parvin Lipi, 30, was wife of Sirajul Islam. Locals said, Sirajul beat Lipi dead following a family feud at midnight and fled the house. Police recovered the body Friday morning and sent it to Sirajganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
