Students of Panishara Shuratjan Secondary School and locals jointly formed a human chain in front of Jessore Press Club yesterday demanding punishment to the killers of Shaon, a Class VII student of the school. Earlier, at a press conference at the press club, Ahsan Habib, father of Shaon read out a statement. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the deputy commissioner (DC) in this regard. Shaon was murdered by some local criminals on October 20, 2008.
