Police deployed for safety of Madhabkunda tourists

A police team has been deployed for safety and peaceful stay of the tourists coming to enjoy the scenic beauty of Madhabkunda Eco Park in Baralekha upazila under Moulvibazar district. For this purpose, eight police personnel have already started their work under 'tourism support police programme' in the park area from Thursday. Earlier on Tuesday, Baralekha Police Station Officer-in-Charge Amal Kumar Dhar arranged a view exchange meeting at the local dak bungalow as preparation to launch the programme at Madhabkunda Eco Park. The police team will perform duty in park area to provide necessary help to the tourists, maintain law and order and ensure proper car parking in the area, OC Amal Kumar Dhar told the reporters. They will also look after the overall situation so that tourists can pass their time in the park peacefully, he said. Two motorbikes have been allocated as aid to their duty.
