Saif Ahmed I congratulate the law and order enforcing authorities . That's the way to handle lawlessness, no matter which party they belong to. Show zero tolerance to these anti-state elements. Do continue it, law and order will improve shortly.
Dr Islam The local AL did not spare any time suspending the membership of Akhi who was arrested while transporting arms for a terrorist group. She was involved in a murder earlier. My question is why was such a person with such criminal records made the secretary of the Mahila wing?
Akbar Hossain Outlaws have been continuing their activities under political patronage for a long time, irrespective of which party comes to power. If local politicians and police work in tandem to contain such activities, it should not be a tough job to bring peace back to the southwest region.

We trust that unlike the previous government, the present government will be neutral in curbing crime. Criminals are actually criminals and they destroy the image of a party through their association with it. The government should be commended for acting neutrally.

General secretary of Kushtia town Mohila Awami League was suspended for her involvement in underground criminal activities as soon as the news spread. There are hundreds of criminals in major cities but nothing has so far been done about them. For good governance, quick action against criminals is necessary.
Mobaidul Huq The AL should investigate thoroughly from top to bottom whether criminals are hiding in or plotting against the party itself. A few insiders are enough to destroy the party's image.

Ashraf So, the criminals have indeed settled inside the AL. Therefore, the PM must clear her own party of criminals of all sorts (tender manipulators included), then she should look outside. It won't be a credible cleansing operation if the government goes after other criminals, leaving alone AL criminals.
