Fog disrupts ferry service

Dense fog disrupted ferry services on Paturia-Daulatdia route for over 4 hours yesterday. Manager Commerce of BIWTC at Aricha, Bidyut Kumer Saha said, the ferry service remained suspended from 5:30am to 9:45am because of the dense fog. Around 500 vehicles were stranded for hours at Daulatdia and Paturia ferry terminals and thousands of passengers suffered for it
