Teachers
With my long teaching experience of nearly 40 years, I want to say that the students' lack of discipline at schools, colleges and universities reveals the truth of teachers' involvement in politics. Since the youth force of our country played a vital role in the War of Liberation in 1971, their correct evaluation has not been made as yet. Lack of correct approach to students' problems and solutions thereof resulted in their being misled. Proper counseling and analysis could have changed the situation for the better.
It is a plain truth that students are the future leaders of the country. Damage caused by us in aspects of living and life is the root cause of instability that calls for immediate solution to save ourselves from being destroyed. By force no one can win their hearts and those of common masses. It is the lesson of History.
Time is running out to match with the people of the advanced countries. My overseas teaching experience taught me that "teachers are the guardians of human civilisation and culture". Please give due status and respect to teachers for the advancement of our country. The sooner, the better. May Allah help us.
