Certificate issue
Lots of students are going abroad to obtain higher degrees. But there is a question, how many of them are real students? There is no system in our country that a certificate will have the student's photo. Since there is no photo in certificates anyone can use others' certificates. Some people take this opportunity and go abroad showing themselves as students.
