Limping railways

Railways are important for communication. The transportation costs of railways are lower than any other transport system. Some of the problems of Bangladesh railways are given below-1. There is no proper planning for development of the railways.
2. The administrative system of railways is very poor and weak.
3. Lack of proper utilization of funds.
4. A huge number of passengers are travelling without tickets.
5. Shortage of efficient engineers, technicians, and workers.
6. Lack of modern equipment, parts, and accessories.
7. Insufficient facilities for passengers.
8. High frequency of accidents.
9. Insufficient arrangement for checking ticket.
10. Carelessness of passengers and general public. We have to solve these problems immediately because railway are an important sector of Bangladesh.
