University dorms

I am just ending my varsity life. I had some painful experience along with lots of happy and impressive events. The most painful experience of my university life is the state of our dormitories. I think after coming to university, every student needs motivation and facilities relating to studies. Most of the students reside in dormitories. These dormitories are in very poor shape. I am humbly requesting the authorities to look into the matter.
