Meanwhile, the most admired and dynamic Secretary of State of the United States of America Hillary Rodham Clinton made a little humour with Wikileaks disclosures. In a recent reception at the State Department hosted by Secretary Clinton for the recipients of this year's Kennedy Centre Honours, she said “I am writing a cable about it which I am sure you will find soon on your closest website!”
