President Obama recites the Beatles
The President of the United States of America Barack Obama recited the lyrics of the Beatles' song “Let it be” in a gospel choir performance. This is for the first time a US President's voice is being incorporated in the Beatles song. The video is now on show on the Web.
The Beatles is an English rock band which has been entertaining the world with their enchanting musical compositions. The Beatles is famous and popular for its creativity plus its stance by peace. Recently the Beatles has undertaken a music project entitled “The Beatles Complete on Ukulele” which would re-create and re-record all its original songs previously recorded. The most special part of this project is inclusion of Ukulele, a Hawaiian guitar-like musical instrument in every song.
The lyrics of 'Let it be' is very touchy. Below I quote some lines from 'Let it be':
“And when the broken hearted people living in the world agree, /
there will be an answer, let it be. /
For though they may be parted, there is still a chance they will see,/
there will be an answer, let it be.”
