Look outside Dhaka
By hosting the opening ceremony of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Bangladesh has proved that it can stage any global event on its soil.
About one year back, a news report was published that Bangladesh offered to host a regional summit on environment conservation and carbon emission cut. Bangladesh is one of the most affected countries across the globe by carbon pollution caused by the developed and industrialized countries. Also, Dhaka is the most polluted city in the world. So, in near future one global summit on environment should take place near Dhaka and thereafter the capital may be shifted to that place.
