Drugs, liquors seized in Ctg
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) members seized drugs and liquors worth more than Tk 3 lakh in different drives in the port city yesterday.
On information, a Rab-7 team raided West Raipur area in Anwara upazila around 10:15am and recovered 140 bottles of foreign wine, worth about Tk 2.1 lakh, in an abandoned condition.
In another drive, Rab men seized 233 pieces of yaba tablets, worth about Tk 93,200, from near a passenger shed on Patenga Sea Beach road around 1:30am.
