Obituary
Khandaker Rezaur Rahim, president of Muktagachha Municipality Karmachari Union, passed away at a private hospital in the city yesterday due to cancer at the age of 56, says a press release.
He left behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
He was buried at Laksmikhola graveyard in Muktagachha after namaz-e-janaza after Asr prayers.
Bangladesh City and Municipality Karmachri Federation President Mohammad Akter Hossain Dewan, General Secretary S M Mosharrof Hossain Milon and leaders of Muktagachha Municipality Karmachari Union condoled his death.
