Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned home yesterday afternoon after attending the two-day 17th Saarc Summit in the Maldives. A special aircraft of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, carrying the prime minister and her entourage from Gan International Airport, landed at Shahjalal International Airport at 3:45pm. Awami League senior leader Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Agriculture Minister Begum Matia Chowdhury, Information Minister Abul Kalam Azad, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister GM Quader, PM's Adviser HT Imam, the Dean of Diplomatic Corps, Cabinet Secretary and the Naval and Air chiefs received her at the VVIP terminal.
