Musa Meets Nepalese Minister
Bilateral relations, tourism promotion discussed
Musa Ibrahim, the first Bangladeshi to conquer Mount Everest in 2010, called on Nepal's Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Lokendra Bist Magar at the latter's office in Kathmandu yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of strengthening the bilateral relationship between the two countries by enhancing tourism in Bangladesh. Musa also highlighted the natural beauties of Bangladesh, which, through proper campaign, can draw the interests of tourists round the year.
Ambassador to Bangladesh Embassy in Nepal Prof Nim Chandra Bhowmik was also present during the meeting, says a press release sent by Musa Ibrahim.
Mentionable, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister GM Kader announced Musa Ibrahim as the tourism ambassador of Bangladesh through a press conference in August this year.
