Today is the 40th death anniversary of Shaheed Lt Abu Moyeen Muhammad Ashfaqus Samad Bir Uttam. On the occasion, a milad and doa mahfil will be held at House 16, road 2 of Uttara sector 11, a press release said. In this day, Ashfaqus embraced martyrdom in a battle with Pakistani occupation forces in Joymanirhat of Kurigram.
