Khaleda's Dhamrai rally today
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will address a student-public rally in Dhamrai here today marking the 47th birthday of her elder son and senior vice-chairman of the party Tarique Rahman.
Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), associate student body of BNP, as part of its three-day programmes to celebrate Tarique's birthday will organise the gathering at Dhamrai Hardinge High School ground at 2:00pm.
Khaleda will distribute stipend money, laptops and computers among poor and meritorious students as well as winter clothes, sewing machines, cattle and poultry birds among poor men, women and children on the occasion.
November 20 is the birthday of Tarique, the elder son of late president Ziaur Rahman and Khaleda Zia.
