Human chain violates traffic rules

Vehicles squeeze by two human chains of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Sangskritik Dal and Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad while journalists tape and photograph them, creating a bottleneck before Jatiya Press Club in the city yesterday.
