'War crimes trial a must for rights'

War criminals must be brought under trial for the sake of establishing human rights, said Prof Mizanur Rahman, chairman of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), at a debate competition yesterday. The debate was organised by ATN Bangla, a private television channel, at an auditorium of Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in the city, where Manarat International University was adjudged the winner against Presidency University.
