CU admission tests from tomorrow

Admission tests for first year honours courses of Chittagong University (CU) under 2011-2012 academic sessions will begin from tomorrow and continue till December 1. A total of 1, 23,404 students registered to sit for the admission test against 3,826 seats under eight units this year, the CU administration sources said. On the first day, the tests under "A" unit will be held at 10:30am and "F" unit at 2:30pm. For the first time, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the 100-mark objective type exams. AKM Fazlul Hoque, deputy-controller of examination, said to know the seat plan over cell phone one can type CU SP, unit name and roll number and then send to 9934.
