Screen-printing workshop begins
A three-day long screen-printing workshop began in the port city yesterday.
The American Centre of the United States (US) Embassy launched the workshop titled 'Nijeke Prokash Koro' (express yourself) at Institute of Fine Arts under Chittagong University in cooperation with the Institute.
American artists Mira Friedlander and Ted Riederer were conducting the three-day long workshop, said Lauren Lovelace, director of The American Centre.
Mira and Ted will collaborate with the students of the Institute in celebrating independent thinking and freedom of expression through their artwork, Lauren said.
