Two murdered in Rajshahi
Police recovered the bodies of two people, who were neighbours, from Shibpur Boro Kurirpar in Puthia upazila of Rajshahi on Thursday morning.
The victims- Md Alam Mondol, 50, son of Nawsher Ali, and Shahara Begum, 30, wife of Shamsul Haque, -were residents at Jaigirpara village in the upazila, said the police.
Alam was slaughtered while Sahara was strangled.
The bodies had their hands and legs tied and the tendons of Shahara's legs were cut off, the police said.
