BNP leader held after release on bail
Kishoreganj Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested ex-secretary of Kishoreganj Municipal BNP Ismail Hossain Madhu at Kishoreganj jail gate when he was getting release on bail on Sunday night.
Madhu was sent to jail after he was produced before Judiciary Magistrate Abu Taher Md Sayeed's court yesterday.
On August 26 last year, joint forces arrested BNP leader Madhu, who was also secretary of Kishoreganj Sarak Paribahan Samity (KSPS), and on that night present secretary of KSPS Alamgir Reza Murad filed two cases against Madhu under sections 420 and 406.
