BCS recruitment
People are posted in government service through BCS (Bangladesh Civil Service) exams. It is an old recruiting system of this subcontinent.
At present, it does not play any constructive role in Bangladesh, rather it is encouraging corruption among the people. Fifty-five per cent boys and girls are recruited under special quota.
The matter needs to be addressed to make the system fair.
