'ACC drive to continue until total routing of graft'
Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury yesterday said the ACC will continue its drive until corruption is removed from every sector in the country.
Criminals should be hated and declared unwanted, he said in his speech as chief guest at a view exchange meeting at Shilpakala Academy auditorium in Patuakhali.
Organising human chain, submit memorandum against corrupt people or organisations can help to create awareness among general people, he said, adding, "Our country got bad reputation for corruption due to illegal activities of only five percent people. The rest 95 percent people should prevent them."
The ACC chairman also visited Barguna and joined a meeting at the district headquarters yesterday.
