Hatirjheel Lake been polluted and spreading malodour

The capital's Hatirjheel Lake, which is supposed to be opened to the public in December, has rather been polluted and is spreading malodour around the area due to onrush of filthy water coming through an underground sewer which is still connected to the lake.
