Death anniversary
Today is the sixth death anniversary of Kazi Jahan Ara Begum, former senior teacher of New Government Girls' High School and wife of late Advocate Kazi Zahirul Haque, National Awami Party leader. On the occasion, a milad mahfil will be held at Buet Teachers' Quarters, 22/A, Bakshi Bazar, Dhaka after Asr prayers, says a press release. Her friends, relatives and well-wishers are requested to attend the programme.
