Gamblers injure three policemen
At least three policemen were injured in an attack by a group of gamblers in Ghoraghat upazila on Thursday.
Police said the injured, Md Abdul Latif, assistant sub-inspector of Ghorghat Police Station, and constables -- Moniruzzaman and Md Sujon were undergoing treatment at the upazila health complex.
Ghorghat police said when the law enforcers raided Shalikada village at about 10:30pm, the gamblers attacked them that led a clash with the cops.
