Domestic help found dead, employer being quizzed
Police recovered the body of a female domestic help from a residential building in the port city's Golpahar area on Sunday night.
The deceased was Sonia alias Ruma, 14, daughter of Mujaffar of Bhola. She worked in a flat of Ideal Melody-1 building where the couple Riaj Siddique and Tasmim Rahman resided.
Police picked up Tasmim, 38, for interrogation in this connection.
Police said there were marks of beating on Sonia's head and suspected that she was strangulated.
The body was sent to Chittagong Medical College morgue for autopsy.
A case was lodged with Kotwali Police Station in this regard.
