49 Rohingyas sent back to Myanmar
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) yesterday sent back 49 Rohingyas to Myanmar with food after detaining them in Naikhangchari and Teknaf upazilas of Cox's Bazar for intruding into Bangladesh.
BGB members held 26 Rohingyas at Bhalukhali, Ghumghum and Tambru early yesterday and sent them back around 2:00pm.
Another BGB team sent back 23 Rohingyas around 5:00pm after detaining them in Shah Porir Dweep, Hozaikang and Tekhnaf Sadar upazila.
