Registration for KL job starts today
The online registration of people seeking jobs in Malaysia begins in 21 districts of Chittagong and Khulna divisions from today.
Job seekers of 11 districts of Chittagong and 10 districts of Khulna could register using their local union parishad information service centres until Monday.
A lottery would determine the job winners. The winners would be announced at the deputy commissioners' offices on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, registration of job seekers of Rajshahi, Rangpur and Sylhet divisions ended yesterday with huge participation of people.
At least 5,12,585 people registered in the three divisions as of yesterday evening. Of them, 1,85,644 people were from Rajshahi, 2,05,50 from Rangpur and 1,20,886 from Sylhet division.
The lotteries for the three divisions would be done and the job winners would be announced today.
Earlier, a total of 3,21,945 people in Dhaka and 73, 298 in Barisal divisions registered.
However, job seekers of north and north-eastern divisions alleged that they had to pay more to get registered and that they were troubled by slow internet speed and power failures.
Some job seekers of Rangpur said they had to pay Tk 120 to 125 even though the registration fee is Tk 50. Some said the union parishads did not register their names.
