A once-in-every-two-week health lecture session on “Healthy Lifestyle” started at Ahmad Medical Centre in Dhaka yesterday to create awareness among people how to make small changes which can improve health and make life easy and comfortable. Prof Dr Subhagata Choudhury, noted medical writer and director, Laboratory Services, Birdem, said in the first-ever lecture that taking food in smaller amounts and five times a day instead of three times could radically improve lifestyle. The lecture will take place regularly on every alternative Saturday, says a press release. Health Prior 21, a health care solution portal and health care management centre, hosted the lecture.
