Obituary
Shamsun Nahar, wife of eminent litterateur Hasan Azizul Haque, died of a heart attack at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) on Monday night. She was 71. Her namaz-e-janaza was held on RU Central Mosque premises after Zohr prayers yesterday. She left behind her husband, three daughters and one son to mourn her death. Rajshahi City Corporation Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton, lawmaker Fazle Hossain Badsha, former RU VC Prof Saidur Rahman Khan and many social and cultural activists attended her namaz-e-janaza.
