Film festival begins at JU
A three-day long film festival began yesterday at the Zahir Raihan auditorium of Jahangirnagar University (JU).
An organisation formed by the JU second-year students (41st Batch) named "Mukti juddher Chetonay" arranged the festival with aiming at raising enthusiasm for the Liberation War among the young generation and also helping the poor freedom fighter.
In the festival, different films, Jago, Blood Maimed, Magadera, Guerrilla, Mid Night Meet the Train, The Hunger Games, Shathi and Veer Zaara, will be screened from 2:30pm to 9:00pm until tomorrow.
