Ahmadiyya's annual convention begins in capital
Calling upon to spread the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), a three-day long convention of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at, Bangladesh began in the capital yesterday.
Moulana Mahmud Ahmad presided over the inaugural ceremony of the 89th annual convention of Ahmadiyyas at their head office in the capital's Boxibazar area.
He called upon everyone to follow the path of Islam.
About 7,000 members of the Ahmadiyya community participated in the convention, said a press release.
