Swarupkathi mayoral by-election today
The mayoral by-election to Swarupkathi (Nesarabad) Municipality in Pirojpur will be held today. Six candidates will vie for the mayor post.
Some 11,795 voters will cast their vote in the by-election.
The post remains vacant since the death of former mayor Md Delwar Hossain Faruk on November 26 last year.
