Foot-overbridge

There is a notice from Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in some important areas of the city telling us that we should use foot-overbridges, rather than crossing the road. No doubt, it is a good move. But the authorities concerned may not have any idea about the condition of these overbridges. These are simply not usable.
