SAU's location

Professor M Zahidul Haque, Chairman, Department of Agricultural Extension & Information System, Sher
In reply to my letter dt.21/07/08 Prof. SAM has once again written on the above issue (Ref: DS, his letter, dt.30/07/08). As I have already said that the issue of SAU's location is a settled case, I am not going to put any more argument on the matter. Rather I would like to suggest the government as well as the United Nations to declare SAU campus together with its greenery, rare plant species, BAI's foundation stone laid by Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Haq in 1938, old buildings, etcetera a national and world heritage. Meanwhile, his idea of merging SAU with Bangabandhu Agricultural University is ridiculous. By suggesting this Prof. SAM is actually undermining the status of the country's oldest and prestigious agricultural education institution, i.e. Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU). Prof. SAM requested me not to ask him personal questions relating to this issue. Well, it appears from his previous letters that he has already answered the questions raised by me to him.
