Eliminate entry restriction for people and capital into the country. Issue visa at port of entry and empower our embassies to promote trade and investment.
Hire lobbyists to promote our interest in the USA and European Union. Hire consulting firms to improve our image and brand of Bangladesh.
Go for performance based promotion instead of age.
Use expatriates in government and private sectors (they know how to play the game in world stage).
