Minar burst into the music scene back in 2008 with his album "Danpitey." After that he reached the fans on a massive scale again last year with his hit single "Ahare." He returns to the fans again with his new single with the reggae pop beat titled "Jhoom."

Centering on the clichéd themes of love and rain, the singer commented that, "Every person has a special someone in their lives with whom they inadvertently fall in love with, and even though the person may be very close, and may feel the same way, the words are never said to one another. This mutual feeling among most people primarily inspired the song, in addition to the romanticized outlook on rainfall and being lost in nostalgia." The song has been written and composed by the singer himself, and the music video is out on YouTube for the fans.
